Concert of Brass Music - Saturday February 1st 2025
Derventio Brass are pleased to have been asked to return to St Peter’s Church, Littleover for a concert to raise money for PASH – supporting disadvantaged communities in Kenya. This time we have a very special guest, the fabulous Jonny Salt, who will entertain with his piano and vocal talents.The brass programme consists of Carl Nielsen’s Helios Overture, a rousing selection of Wagner for Brass, plus film music from John Williams and the James Bond films, and an assortment of pieces from our Latin American repertoire. Something for everyone in an evening that will both entertain and raise funds for a worthy cause.
